Luscious. Know where to find the figs. Didn't know what to do with them. Now I do. NC figs are smaller, so I'll just use more --- kind of a snacky version, maybe even finger food. May add toasted pecans to the final assembly. I love this so much.
I took to the local Whole Foods, but any farmers market should have them in tow. Smaller would be great for a snack, but be sure not to cut your figs all the way through, to ensure they can stand on their own if you want the visual effect. Enjoy!
