Goodbye Zucchini

I will miss watermelon (made lots of watermelon smoothies this summer) and blueberries...I pop those like candy. lol
I'm loving those zucchini pancakes! I always miss cantaloupe, because they only taste good in the summer.
Monique, I made a ton of watermelon seltzer drinks. Also, The Zucchini Houdini book has some great "put em up" recipes (maybe next summer). Thanks for reading.
